Want to add search bar and allows users to create accounts and log back in

I would like to implement a search bar and suggestions feature in it dynamically show relevant topics or keywords as the user types, or to make the navbar a bit more beautiful and user-friendly. Also i could add the ability for users to create accounts, sign in, and save their progress or favorite content.
Please assign me this issue
