Description: Revamped the footer section to include new features for better user engagement and site navigation.

Added social media icons (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub) with hover effects.
Included a newsletter subscription form.
Created a back-to-top button for improved site navigation.
Added responsive design to optimize the footer across devices.
