[Question] How to use capacities-x callouts?

Someone had a question on the forum (https://forum.obsidian.md/t/why-i-cant-use-custom-callouts/56621) about using the "capacities-x" callouts, and I was curious as well. Are they to be used directly like

> Contents 

or are all callouts in AnuPpuccin controlled in Style Settings? Any info or example usage would be appreciated. Thanks!
