[Feat] Add "+" Button to FAQs with Expandable Answers

Description

Currently, the FAQ section does not include a "+" button to toggle the visibility of answers. Users cannot easily distinguish between questions with visible answers and those without. The addition of a "+" button at the end of each FAQ item, which changes to a "-" when expanded, will improve usability and provide a clearer user experience.
