How do I change the BPM of the titlestate (source)

small problem: I tried changing the bpm to my desired tempo but it just kinda decided to not work (???)
no clue why

Also, if you're wondering why it's so high (you're not), it's because I wanted to add a "Version 4" on the last eighth beat of the intro stuff. Here's my titlescreen.xml
