Full Internal Storyline Timeline Functionality - Internal clips, titles, generators, and audio.

Beyond the white box story line having its own effects (see #428), The storyline itself is a whole magnetic timeline, yet nearly all magnetic timeline features are missing. If there are complex arrangements around a storyline, but are attached to the primary timeline, it makes moving it far more difficult than necessary.

Describe the solution you'd like
A storyline is a magnetic timeline, yet we cannot attach titles, clips, and generators internally to the storyline magnetic timeline or audio clips below, within the white box of the storyline. There should be internal titles, clips, and generators to storylines. Audio should be able to be attached to a storyline within the story line.

The main storyline timeline would be on a dark background, like the standard primary timeline, but contained in the storyline box. A story line should be basically "interchangeable" with a compound clip. A compound clip just has a reference in the project for replication. It would be really interesting to see "compound clips" have an "inline edit" button that replaces the compound clip with a full featured "storyline" of the compound clip until the close button is clicked. All changes to the inline compound clip are replicated to its other copies immediately..

A story line should have a "collapse" graphic icon in its white title bar. Or maybe a three state collapse: small (acting like a title), main timeline (visually showing the storyline output, like it looks in v11), and full internal title/clip/audio display for editing.

We should be able to give a Story line a renameable title, plus #428, putting an effect on the white box story line itself.

I'd like to see internal story line functionally mimic the primary magnetic timeline.

Describe alternatives you've considered
putting storyline stuff on the main timeline wastes a lot of time. specifically when the storyline then has to be moved around, even if by one frame.

Additional context
It doesn't make sense to me that we're on version 11 and we can't put a title within a story line [white box], above its internal magnetic timeline.

Ideally, a story line has the full core magnetic timeline functionality with titles, clips, and generators attached above it (within the story line white box), and connected audio clips below it (also within the story line white box).
