We believe collaboration is key to the success of any project. To help the community share ideas, ask questions, or propose new features, we've enabled GitHub Discussions for this repository.

How to Start a Discussion

1. Navigate to the Discussions tab: Go to the Discussions tab at the top of this repository.

2. Browse existing discussions: Before creating a new discussion, please browse the existing ones to see if your question or idea has already been addressed.

3. Start a new discussion:

   • Click the "New discussion" button on the right.
   • Choose the appropriate category:
     • Q&A: For any questions about the project, setup, or functionality.
     • Ideas: Share any feature requests or improvements.
     • Show and Tell: If you’ve built something cool using VOJ or have an implementation story to share, this is the place!
     • General: For everything else.

4. Add a meaningful title: Summarize your discussion topic with a clear and concise title.

5. Provide details: Explain your question, feature request, or idea in detail. Feel free to include code snippets, screenshots, or any other relevant materials.

6. Tag relevant participants: If you think specific contributors may have valuable input, feel free to tag them using @username.

Responding to Discussions

If you see a discussion where you can provide value, feel free to jump in!

1. Browse discussions: Check for any open or unresolved discussions that match your interests or expertise.

2. Reply to threads: Add your thoughts, suggestions, or answers to the existing replies by clicking "Reply".

3. Mark helpful responses: If you find a reply helpful, you can upvote it by clicking the thumbs-up icon.

Guidelines for Discussions

• Be respectful and professional: Ensure that all interactions in the Discussions section maintain a friendly and professional tone.
• Stay on-topic: Keep the conversation relevant to the project and its development.
• Provide constructive feedback: When critiquing an idea or suggestion, ensure your feedback is positive and actionable.
