Describe the feature
The current VOJ login page lacks visible contact information, which can create challenges for users who encounter difficulties during signup or login. As the platform is designed to assist individuals seeking legal aid, many users may not have extensive technical knowledge and may require support navigating the platform. Without a readily available method to contact customer support or technical assistance, users may abandon the signup process, preventing them from accessing the valuable services offered by VOJ.
To improve the user experience, it’s crucial to add a contact link, such as an email address, live chat option, or support form, on the login page. This would ensure that users facing technical issues or confusion can easily reach out for help. Additionally, a small "Help" or "Need Assistance?" section can provide guidance for common login problems or FAQs, further reducing barriers to entry for users needing legal services. This step would enhance accessibility and user satisfaction, ensuring that users get the support they need to engage with the platform effectively.
Add ScreenShots
The error message should be enhanced to provide specific reasons for the signup failure. For example, if the issue is related to invalid email format, missing required fields, password strength, or age restrictions (as the platform likely serves adults, given the legal nature), the error message should clearly indicate that. Additionally, consider adding a "Need Help?" link near the error message, which directs users to support or FAQs. This will improve user experience by making troubleshooting more straightforward and reducing drop-offs during the signup process.
