Option to disable ASCII Art

Hi,

Thank you for this great tool!
Can you please provide a one-time global option to disable the "ARCHR" and the archer ASCII art.
The archer is displayed during package install, update, load and project load.
Additionally, the "ARCHR" is present in logs.

Since the ASCII art is large it presents a challenge to quickly get to the information needed.

Another small request, the following statement with the method reference is repeated many times for addIterativeLSI()

The method reference can be noted once and with more details to find the right article
