What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open example Draw_fromBuffer found in
C:\devkitPro\MLlib_Others\examples\graphics\Backgrounds\Draw_fromBuffer\
2. Compile it.
3..place it on the SD card and run via hombrew channel and press the minus or
plus button to resize the image.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
image is supposed to resize and maintain its look, insted it resizes it put
rotates the image or somthing as though the frequency/hertz have changed? maybe
MLlib was designed only for NTCU formate and not PAL?...
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MLlib 1.3 on Windows XP SP3
Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe you could take a screenshot or a photo or a video of this bug please ? I
don't see any weird thing on my TV (which is PAL anyway ^^).
