GitHub styled table support

It seems that both GitHub and MarkdownExtra support the same standard, so I think it is the general consensus that table support will be standardised in the [table | column] format. I would find it incredibly useful if Notes-Up had support for this style of tables, since I use it to write notes, which contain tables most often.
