Feature Implementation: Add Profile Picture Display for Registered Candidates

Expected Updates:

• Profile Picture Display: Added functionality to display candidate profile pictures.
• Image Source: Pictures are loaded from the uploads/ directory of the system.
• Default Image: Placeholder image for candidates without a profile picture.
• Styling: Circular 80x80 images with object-fit: cover for consistency.

Actually i have already made all these updations and the pull request is already merged m just asking the project owner to upgrade it's level as I have worked more than fixing things.
