Missing chevrons/bullets on safari

Hi, great theme!

Bulleted lists aren't rendering properly on Safari. I'm not sure why.

Since I use ::marker for custom bullets, they aren’t supported in Safari yet As a workaround, I’ve made it fall back to square bullets in unsupported browsers. I opted for a simple solution since ::marker is supported everywhere else (and in the preview branch of Safari), so it should be available in Safari soon, I can't really test it since I don't own an Apple device but it should work, leaving this open for now.
