Sprint 2 Retrospective

Things that went well:

• 2 major uplifts in performance

  • indexes on sql
  • choosing only necessary values on the model
    we went from 3000 items taking 5 seconds to 30,000 taking >2 seconds :)

• A lot of backend functionality locked down

• Great team communication on what was going on

• Team members willing and able to help over discord

Things to do better:

• Communicate when we plan on working on the project
• Call out possible duplicated stories early / confusing stories and story dependency
• Work on consistent tasking structure and documenting the work we did in story
