Spring 3 retrospective

Things that went well:
Deployment wasn't as bad as we were expecting.
Our backend is complete for the features we are expecting to implement.
All of our tests are implemented and are working.

Things to do better:
We feel like we had a very strong run these last two weeks.

Carryover:
Deployment tasks are being carried over as we've ran into errors during the deployment process
#35, #32 are being carried over as they depend on #164
#163 is being carried over, research is complete, need to choose framework and then implement that framework.
#164 is being carried over, similar to 163, research is complete, need to move onto implementation.
