Admin page delete vendor select option #181

I want admin to be able to delete more than one vendor entry at once.

Created a 'Delete Selected Vendors' button for above the vendor table, directly below the 'Add New Vendor' form. Made the button visible only when at least one vendor is selected. Added an alert if no vendors are selected when attempting to delete. Also added alert to verify that the user wants to delete the selected vendors to prevent accidental deletion.
