        any large positive steps the management has taken towards bettering the tenants

        <li><span style="font-family: Verdana">Prior to July 2006 - Security cameras have been
            installed at various locations around the complex and are being used to identify
            individuals performing illegal activities.</span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family: Verdana">June 2006 - From now on every time a maintenance
            individual performs a maintenance action on your apartment they will leave behind
            a form letter noting their completion of this action. This will provide accountability
            as well as encouragement to the tenants concerning progress in maintenance task
            fulfilment.</span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family: Verdana">June 2006 - The management has begun issuing
            a monthly newsletter to the tenants informing them on the latest news in the complex.</span></li>
        <li><span style="font-family: Verdana">Upcoming 2006 - The management is working on
            implementing an advanced web-based work order management system within the next
            few months.</span></li>
