Upload the JavaScript file to your
Style Library

Edit your masterpage and add a reference to the new file. For example:
<script src="/Style Library/Scripts/sp2013-commandpalette.min.js"></script>

Save and publish your masterpage.

Go back to your portal and try it out by pressing Ctrl + Shift + L, or Command + Shift + L on a Mac.

Install NodeJS

Run
npm install
from command line at root project folder. -
Use the following commands:
npm start
will minify and concatenate the vendor and source filesnpm test
will run all code through linting
