Better Kubernetes Integration

This release adds two new environment variables to control how clustering may be utilized within a Kubernetes environment.
Logging to stdout is now checked for line existence enabling bind mounted data directories to also log to stdout.

Enable Clustering

Clustering is now available through a new environment variable MASTER_NODE_NAME
