Hide top bar to save space

I have the bottom bar enabled so it would be nice if there was an option for the buttons at the top aka the "refresh button, tweet button and timeline filter buttons" to be removed.

1. If you have the floating tweet button enabled there is no need for it at the top
2. There is no need for a refresh button, you can already pull to refresh
3. Timeline filter option can maybe be moved to the sidebar or bottom bar
4. This could make for a more fullscreen/immersive timeline

Thoughts?
