Hello,

I have iOS 15 and Signal version version 7.42 installed.

I used to have a shortcut for Signal Call where it accepts a Contact as a parameter to it. That Contact has a number linked to it in Signal and is a verified contact in my Signal contacts.

Initially the shortcut was working fine, but somehow it stopped working and now it says "Please select a valid app for Call" when it tries to run this action.

I tried to remove the shortcut and re-add it, add Contacts permission to Signal again, but it still fails with this message.

Any idea how to make it work again?

Thank you.

Workaround note: The issue appears to be caused if the Google Voice app is installed as well.
Removing it appears to fix the issue. Should this be fixed so the apps don't conflict or is it an iOS/Shortcuts level problem?
Additional Signal settings needed for it to work properly:
From caller side: Give permissions to Contacts.
From call receiver side: Set "Who can find me by number" to Everyone.
