Sofar/ZCS Inverter no communication over Waveshare RS485 to TCP

Hello community,

I have one 3 Phase Inverter Azzurro 3PH 12KTL-V3 with Smart Connect Module ZVM-Connext and Powermeter DTSU666 and they communicate over RS485.
Serialnumber begins with: ZS2ES012N
I added an Waveshare RS485 to ethernet adapter, opend a virtual Comport on my Computer an i can see the data of the RS485:

In Homeassistant log the communication didnt work:
