My Receiver Soc died,I want buy a new Soc chip to fix it,but I haven't the firmware.can you help me？

I haven't played with the receiver at all, so I don't have anything on hand. If I were to guess the SoC is probably read/debug protected and we won't be able to extract anything without some really clever RE.
