Recreate relative_url and absolute_url from Jekyll in 11ty and liquidjs

I am porting a jekyll theme and it uses absolute_url and relative_url filters. To make the transition easier for people using the theme, I would like to make an 11ty filter, that mimicks the same behavior, so it is not necessary to rewrite all templates when switching.

But I cannot find a similar functionality in 11ty.

Any of you have experience with this?

Somewhat related to this: #2516. Should relative_url maybe just be removed from the ported templates from Jekyll?

It seems that using https://www.11ty.dev/docs/plugins/html-base/ is the way to go.

Removing relative_url from most places in your code.
Add htmlBaseUrl: site.url in some instances where absolute_url was used.
