I found the settings.

In the root folder of installed files, there is going to be a folder named "guiFonts" (if not, create it). Copy your fonts there (Only OS-supported font formats (.ttf) are supported).
In app, go to "Settings" > "Option Settings" > "v2rayN settings" > (Scroll down to) "FontFamily(Required restart)" and select one of the fonts that you copied into the "guiFonts" folder.
