Update & finish the remaining filters and tags in dir /shopify-dev-utils for the dev server from PR: #28.

Filters

  • img_url filter

Tags

  • form tag
  • other shopify specific tags

Other

  • fetch store data and provide it as globals

@felixmosh I have merged PR #28 into master. We'll track the remaining progress here as time prevails. Really nice work on this dev server feature and we should be good for the first release soon.
