<input-type>tag</input-type> is not working

Describe the bug
I set up a new DSpace-API and DSpace-Angular (both are DSpace-CRIS version). I followed the documentation closely to setup my new system. However, I found out that the html input field (for tag input type) for key-in the dc.subject is not working well (the input field isn’t appear). I used Safari, Chrome, and Firefox to access the DSpace-Angular.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as administrator
2. Add new product/publication item that has tag field , e.g. dc.subject or keyword.

Expected behavior
The html input field did not appear

Related work
It works well at the "standard" dspace-angular
