Bug Description

I cannot find an official announcement of Web of Science / Clarivate, but the domain of the resolver of RIDs (researcher IDs) was changed. This means that http(s)://www.researcherid.com/rid/ needs to be replaced by https://www.webofscience.com/wos/author/record/. This change affects both the DSpace-CRIS frontend and backend of DSpace (reported in DSpace/DSpace#9648).
