- Download other Linux - run via jar (java -jar focuso.jar)
- Download Android - Connect your app to the desktop version
- Download the latest .exe file of FocusOS
- Start FocusOS
- Click on the link "More Info" in the Windows notification
- Clock on the button "Run Anyway" on the dialog
- Inform about the features in the intro slide show of FocusOS
- Start windows programs you need for the session and close all program you do not need
- Choose all the web pages for the whitelist and block pages you do not need (e. g. Social media)
- Add telephone numbers for the whitelist
- Download FocusOS App for Google Play
- Type in the activation code in the phone
- Start the session on your desktop app + phone app
