I use nl-BE, nl-NL, en-GB,... regional locales on my website and cannot change this.
Is there a way to recognize the first two characters of a locale so that translations work? I don't need specific translations for Cookie Consent, but now it does not recognize my lang="nl-BE" in the Document.
I can create a pull request if you want.
Thanks for the great library!
