[Feature] Silent one-time password notification

Add a setting that can silent (disable sound) for one-time password notification.

Often when I'm logging into account with 2FA, it's kinda annoying to have your phone constantly beeping you with one-time password notification.

Another case when you're in meeting session, it feels awkward that other people can hear my phone beeping.

Currently my workaround for this is to turn off the app notification sound in the settings.

Does that notification actually play a sound? That's a bit weird, I did configure it to play a silent sound.
