例如气体用的缓存指令器

以及相关的网络交换物块

比如指令器要继续用流体的GUI吗？那可能需要把GUI类改名

我个人倒是觉得分开比较好，在玩家侧可能更方便管理，但是开发者侧不太友好

或者干脆弄个扩展类。Tile用同一个什么的。
