Fluid blocking mode does not work when pushing into p2p or phantom face #165

Blocking mode for fluids is not working correctly when the interface is pushing into a p2p or pantom face, using ae2 version 0.56.5 and fcr version 2.6.3r.

Update: there is another issue with blocking mode, if two recipes both try to push at once it will ignore blocking mode and push both. also if you have co processors on the network it has an issue where it pushes multiple recipes at once instead of waiting

+1 the blocking mode also does not work when trying to passively supply the fluid instead of putting it in the pattern, even if you set blocking mode to ignore fluids the recipe will not be pushed into the machine.
