For the variable NPC Search, we want to be able to just search for all, rather than forcing a choice.

Considerations:

  1. If this can be done it should be trivial to do the same for Scrap

To expand on this, maybe make the NPC and Scrap search choices capable of multi-select? For example by ctrl-click to select them individually, shift-click to select a range.
