Add a small log or at least a "what's happening now" scroll box that shows:

>> Backlog
Copying board layout...
Copying card rules...
Copying swimlanes...
Copying...
>>Features
Copying board layout...
Copying card rules...
Copying swimlanes...
Copying...

The total process can take quite a while and provides very little feedback.
