Selected testbed information shall be applied to geographic areas which the testbeds reside in or cover to a significant portion.
Example: an urban testbed in Altona ran an extensive citizen engagement process -> Altona BSC dimension Stakeholder engagement will be set to "true" (maybe even a calculated value).
