should be done only via copado, not via manual developer setup

this task is less urgent because for the pilot we set it up already.
that said, we will need a new copado function that handles running mcdev init (which among other things can update the git repo with an initial state)

before we start we should have a design session to specify what parameters should be configured in the GUI and then used by the to be created copado-function (#80 )
