Start of new executions of extension commands with the always same text in the log. do not use full sentences here.

"Running ":
Running Deploy
Running Retrieve
Running Copy to BU
Running Copy to BU & Deploy

Start of new executions of command-line commands with a different but always same text. Inside of mcdev I opted for: '⚡ ' + cmd
