There is currently no way to go back.
Clicked the wrong Season of the show and skipped to 2nd or 3rd page of episodes? No way to go back the previous page, gotta back out to the season choosing page. Also some sort of tracker would be nice - simple checklist so You don't have to remember what episode You finished on :)

Thanks for the feedback! Interesting, I believe there is already back buttons in the top-left so you can go back from episode->season page as well as from season->search/home page. Are you suggesting like a back button so if I'm on the 3rd page of episodes I can go back to the 2nd page? I instead made it so if you get to the last page of episodes for a certain season, you can press the next button and it goes back to the first episode page for that season.

Also, I have implemented a basic sort of tracker, so if you just watched S4:E2 of the Flash and then press Cmd-M to open LetMeWatch, it will open on the same episode page for S4 of the Flash, with E2 greyed out. However, this resets once you close the extension again, so only really applicable for binge-watching right now. Will consider improvements. Thanks a lot!!

" Are you suggesting like a back button so if I'm on the 3rd page of episodes I can go back to the 2nd page?" - Exactly.
"However, this resets once you close the extension again, so only really applicable for binge-watching right now." - Than it's rather useless isn't it? If You watch episodes in a row You can keep track of them, but if You want to watch 1 episode today, movie tomorrow and 2nd episode week later? No good :)
