Evaluation

It's such a good service for people who are starting open source projects for the first time. It would be good to actively promote and gather people, and then meet the needs of users so that open-source experts can also use them later.

It seems to be useful to know the functions of GitHub that were previously unknown in relation to open sources, such as the secret evaluation function. And if possible, it would be better to have an open-source compliance function that beginners find tricky.
