BungeeCord set preventsChatReports field in Server List Ping

Don't really feel like making a plugin, but for anyone that is going to do this here are the two code snippets I made in my plugin to give the green checkmark

In your Plugin's main:

Although this way is not at all extensible and will break silently if any other plugin tries to do the same
