Version 2.3.1 is out; new manual; status of FLARM integration

Dear all,

today I release version 2.3.1 of "Enroute Flight Navigation". This version increases map contrast to improve readability, adds a new "night mode" and allows you to name the waypoints in your flight route. As usual: Thanks to all the people who helped.

Future plans:

• Michael has ported the manual to the Sphinx documentation system. You can find an experimental version of the new manual in several formats html, PDF and best of all, in ebook format. The new system also allows to include the manual directly into the app, so that users can consult the manual even when there is no internet connection.
• FLARM integration is working but still has many rough edges. I hope to have a first version ready for release in late March or April.
