Project is not dead! New information for DLAP.

Hey everyone,
I haven't been active on the project, mainly because of lack of motivation, though I am still looking for maintainers so they can improve the project.

But in other news, I am planning on implementing i18n fully to the project, so you can customize the strings in the project. After that, an easy to use interface will hopefully be introduced as well (it will be optional). Additionally, Docker will be the recommended method to use DLAP going forward.
