Or in the training inbox as far as I can tell. My more general question is "Where does the submission this go when someone submits a form?" besides an email to training email address.

Form submissions to CCDL_refinebio_examples_feedback are now sent to the requests@ccdatalab.org inbox and now new tickets from that Inbox are assigned as tickets to members of data science team on a rotating basis.

The last thing we need before we close up this issue is for each of the people in science team to have their HubSpot integrations set up to Slack so that when they are assigned, they are notified. We will discuss this at next lab meeting.

@jashapiro and @cbethell have their notifications set up.

Only thing left that we should probably do for this repo is determine what/where some kind of documentation should live for what should a person do when HubSpot assigns them a new survey response?

I think action items for a new survey response (for whomever it is assigned to) would look something like:

  1. Make an issue in AlexsLemonade/refinebio-examples for:
  • Any clearly broken items reported by the user (bugs).
  • Any items that seem like they are a pattern we've noticed with other users.
  • Any items that otherwise seem like they are worth addressing (if you aren't sure make an issue anyway so it can be discussed).
  1. Respond back to the user if there are any outstanding items that warrant correspondence.

  2. Close the HubSpot ticket when both 1 and 2 are addressed.
