Hi, I am trying to reproduce the algorithm.

However, when I try to install dependicies with python 3.6.4, it reports errors that the verion of numpy, pandas, tensorflow specified inside requirement.txt cannot found. So I am wondering what version of python is required, or any other ideas to fix the bugs.
