Mobile Application for Employee Recognition System

Main Features

• Admin can view all the activity and all team and can create new teams along the positions in that team.
• Employees can send cheers to their fellows and get notified by a push notification and also see their profiles.
• Employees are allotted certain points at each cheer and their level is increase after every 50 points.
• Employees' have progress of their certain traits like (their Hardwork, Dedication, etc.)
• Employee can view leaderboard across teams.
• Employees are given badges(bronze, silver and gold) after reaching certain levels.
• Employess are rewarded gift-cards at each increase in level.
