if you go to the gamespeak section in the main menu and you press 5 you'll notice that the game shows that you pressed 8 and vice versa

caused by #1480
the PR did fix the controller issue but also changed the layout on the keyboard and this means that the gamespeak section in the main menu will be wrong now if you press 5 it'll show 8 and vice versa

Given the status is "Open" yes, indeed you are correct, it is not fixed yet! Good observation skills.
