Game Breaking Glitch with latest update.

Since the thaumcraft update, there have been multiple issues with stacks displaying correctly in chests and refined storage systems (I don't use AE2 so I can't confirm if it happens here as well). In most cases, pressing shift while hovering over a stack of items will sometimes cause the stack number to reduce to 1. This only happens sometimes and what determines whether it happens I have not figured out. Normally, exiting the inventory screen and then reentering will return the stack to its initial quantity.

This error is game breaking though for servers since upon server restart, it seems that certain stacks are permanently being reduced to a quantity of 1.

I am not sure if the issues are related, but since they both appeared with this update I'm assuming some correlation.

This issue has been resolved by updating from thaumcraft beta 2 to thaumcraft beta 4. The issue still occurs in fresh installs of atm1 client and server files. The issue is not reproducible in single player worlds. It is only evident in multiplayer.

Upgrading to beta 4 is not advisable at this time since it breaks a large portion of JEI functionality.
