What happened?

I started playing the modpack from scratch, when claiming early game rewards from quests I noticed they had missing textures (purple and black) and wouldnt work on right clicking. When searching the names in JEI they also wouldnt show up, there were quite a few items like this so it wasnt really playable. The quest screen was missing pictures and item textures too and was all replaced with purple black squares.
I'm away from my pc so I can get any logs or so to you tomorrow, not sure if it will be any use though.
