[Bug]: Recipe Conflict MI Synthetic Oil due to ATM Sulfur containing c:dyes/yellow

What happened?

this recipe conflicts with this

due to the tag as shown here

First recipe uses 1B, dye recipe uses 100mB to while it has >1B it will produce Synthetic rubber, after that it will be stuck producing dye.

Fix: remove C:dyes/yellow from ATM sulfur

Another reason to remove the tag, there's already a dye recipe

i got this issue as well, but i fixed it by locking the recipe when it crafted synthetic rubber to force it to not craft dye
